TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Cashback Reward and Lucky Draw Reward, collectively referred to as “Rewards”, and individually as “Cashback Reward” & “Lucky Draw Reward”, shall begin from the September 01, 2025 and be valid until December 31st, 2025 both dates inclusive (“Rewards Validity Period”). This Contest will be run by Bigcity Promotions (Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited agency (“Agency”) for the benefit of the customers of Reliance Consumer Product (“RCPL”).
2. The Rewards shall comprise two distinct categories of rewards, as detailed below:
a. Cashback Reward: Each eligible Purchasers’ (defined below) may receive a guaranteed cashback amount of up to ₹1,500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only), subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. Participants from Tamil Nadu will get base reward of Rs 35 only. 
b. Lucky Draw Reward: Each eligible Participants (defined below) who is selected through a lucky draw mechanism, may receive a travel voucher/gift card for use on a travel booking site, for a trip to Nepal, subject to applicable eligibility criteria being fulfilled and availability. Provided that this Lucky Draw Reward shall not be available/applicable to Participants in the state of Tamil Nadu, as per the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979.
3. The Rewards program is open to all retailers and/or wholesalers (collectively called “Purchasers”), above the age of 18 years, residing in India only. Employees of RCPL and its affiliates, subsidiaries, assignees, representatives and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the RCPL Rewards. Residents of other countries residing in India or non-resident Indians are not eligible to participate.
4. How to participate in the RCPL Rewards: 
(i) The Purchasers have to purchase the Independence Soyabean Oil 1L pouch and/or Independence Sunflower Oil1Litre/850g/750g pouch in 5L cartons during the Rewards Validity Period. 
(ii) Each eligible carton might contain a physical voucher with a scratch code. Purchasers are hereby informed that while certain cartons may contain physical vouchers as part of the Rewards Program, there may also be cartons in circulation that do not include any such physical voucher. Neither RCPL nor the Agency shall be held liable for the absence of a voucher in any particular carton, and no claims or demands shall be entertained in this regard whatsoever. 
(iii) Each voucher will carry a guaranteed cashback amount upto ₹1500, redeemable via UPI/NEFT linked to the Purchaser’s registered phone numbers only.
(iv) Each phone number can redeem a maximum of 5 vouchers only during the RCPL Rewards Validity Period.
(v) Each voucher will be oil-proof and tamper-proof, and will include instructions for redemption and a unique reward code.
5. Instructions for Redemption of the Cashback Reward:
(i) Visit the URL: www.relianceindependenceoilstorm.com
(ii) Enter the scratch code and the required details including your mobile number, email address and your UPI ID, etc.
(iii) Note that details once entered cannot be changed. 
(iv) Ensure that phone number entered is linked with a UPI account in your control. 
(v) Submit the form for processing the Cashback Reward.
(vi) The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Purchaser’s UPI-linked bank account within 24-48 hours, after successful validation of the same. 
6. Subsequently, the Agency will select 20 (twenty) eligible Participants on the basis of a lucky draw (“Participants”) amongst the Purchasers, for availing the Lucky Draw Reward.
7. Upon selecting the Participants as set out above, the Agency shall contact the Participants for verification. To avail the Lucky Draw Reward, selected the Participants must submit all relevant details and/or documents for review in the manner communicated by the Agency. The Agency shall use the information shared by the Participants under this clause solely for the purpose of identification and/or verification of the Participants and their details and for the purpose as stated in this document.
8. Participants can only win one Lucky Draw Reward during the Rewards Validity Period. Participants once selected for Lucky Draw Reward will not be selected again. 
9. Tax that might come due on the Lucky Draw Reward, if any, shall be borne by the Agency.
10. In case the Participants fail to furnish the details/documents on or before the designated date as communicated by the Agency, the Participant(s) shall be deemed to have surrendered/forfeited the Lucky Draw Reward.
11. Upon receipt of complete information from the Participants, the Agency shall initiate the process of delivery of the Lucky Draw Reward through their registered phone numbers and/or email address.
12. Participation in this Rewards program implies that the Purchasers/Participants agree to all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
13. Participation in this Rewards program is voluntary. By participating in the same, the Purchasers/Participants agree to receive communication(s) from RCPL and/or its Agency/ies and the Purchasers unconditionally agree not to make any claims or raise any complaints against RCPL. and/or its agencies.
14. The Rewards program is an independent initiative and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other organization, entity, or third party. All communications, benefits, and obligations arising from participation in the program shall be solely between the Purchasers and the Agency. 
15. By participating in the Rewards Program, the Purchasers hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user by the Agency or RCPL. 
16. Further, RCPL shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement and publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the Purchasers including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it. The Purchasers hereby consents to the use of their entries for the purpose stated herein.
17. RCPL reserves the right to reject any participant’s entry without the need to notify the participant of the reasons for rejection. 
18. The Cashback Rewards and the Lucky Draw Rewards are non-transferable. All cash payments made in lieu of the Cashback Rewards shall be transferred only via UPI. No other mode of payment, including cash, cheque, bank transfer, or digital wallet, shall be entertained or accepted for the disbursement of cashback amounts.
19. RCPL reserves the right to cancel, modify, alter/amend, extend or withdraw the Rewards Program and its terms at any time at its sole and absolute discretion and without any advance notice.
20. All terms of use as specified by agency, selected travel partner as well as those stated by RCPL herein shall apply to the Rewards Program and all its participants. 
21. The Purchasers agree that RCPL shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Rewards Program or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any of the Cashback Rewards and/or the Lucky Draw Rewards.
22. All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the intellectual property rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with RCPL at all times and RCPL shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to the participants. 
23. The Purchasers hereby agree to indemnify and keep RCPL, its associated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to any third-party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the Purchasers.
24. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute that might arise.
